Multivitamins Improve Fertility


A study has found that consumption of multivitamins can help women increase their fertility. This study was conducted by researchers at University College London.

Study involving 58 women with an average age of 32 years found that 70% of women had become pregnant after taking the tablets for a month compared to mineral 40% of women who consume folic acid only. Experts estimate that consume mineral tablets may increase blood flow to the uterus and ovaries. "There is a strong relationship between pregnancy and adequate nutrition," explained Dr Rina Agrawal, leader of the study.
