Handle The Disease With Dragon Fruit

Dragon Fruit, by the ancient Chinese people believed to be the fruit of a blessing, so often placed near the statue of a dragon in the temple. In many countries this fruit has different names, called Rhino Fruit ( Australia), Pitahaya (Mexico), Melano (Hawaii), Feuy Long Kwa (Chinese), Dragon Fruit (England), and in Indonesia called "Buah Naga".
 

 
This plant is actually native of Mexico, Northern South America, then spread to other states. In 1870 a French national dragon fruit brought into the Indochina region.
 
There are four types of dragon fruit, namely:
1. White meat dragon fruit (Hylocereus undatus)
2. Red meat dragon fruit (Hylocereus polyrhizus)
3. Super red meat dragon fruit (Hylocereus costaricensis)
4. Dragon fruit yellow skin and white flesh (Selenicerius megalanthus)

 

Dragon fruit is rich in vitamins and minerals, considerable fiber content, making it suitable for a diet. European Communities believe this fruit can lower cholesterol, balance blood sugar levels, prevent colon cancer, strengthen the kidney function, bone, and brain power, increase the sharpness of the eyes, treat vaginal discharge, and as a protector of oral health, including thrush.
